Services refer to the travel packages, consultancy, or related services offered by us.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

You means the individual or legal entity accessing or purchasing Services from us.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of booking without providing any reason.
The cancellation window ends 24 hours from the time of purchase/payment.

Refunds will be processed within 45 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used, and no additional fees will be charged.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
The service was purchased within the last 24 hours.
The service has not been utilized (e.g., tickets not used, packages not availed).
Non-Refundable Services include:
Services tailored to your specific requests or personalized bookings.
Services linked to fixed dates, promotions, or special offers.
Services unsuitable for return due to their nature (e.g., visa processing, confirmed hotel bookings, or issued air tickets).
We reserve the right to decline refunds for services that do not meet these conditions.
A standard 50% cancellation charge of the billed amount applies on eligible refunds.

We recommend using a trackable and insured communication method for refund confirmation. Global Transit will not be responsible for delays or loss of refund communication.
If the service was marked as a gift at purchase, you may receive a travel credit for the refund value.
If the booking was made by another person on your behalf, the refund will be issued directly to the original payer.
